Children's therapy

Child therapy is a gentle, play-based approach that helps children express their emotions and cope with fears, anxiety, aggression, or shyness.
In a therapeutic setting, through play, drawing, and other techniques, children learn to express their inner experiences, communicate with confidence, regulate their behavior and reactions, and most importantly, feel safe.
Child therapy supports calm, confident, and emotionally stable development.
We work with children starting from the age of 2.
“A child comes into therapy not to be changed, but to be heard as they are.”
