Anxiety

Anxiety

We live in an era where anxiety has become a constant background.
It lives within us not only in the form of specific fears, but as a persistent inner tension — a response to a world of uncertainty, instability, and constant demands.

Today, threats are mostly social, informational, and sometimes imaginary. Our bodies still react as if we are in a life-threatening situation: rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, muscle tension.

Information overload, constant comparison, a fast pace of life, and the imposed pressure to “be successful” create internal strain. People no longer truly rest, even when they are doing nothing. Even in moments of rest, our minds continue to run.

Our society greatly values productivity, yet speaks little about exhaustion, vulnerability, fears, and boundaries. And when we allow ourselves to be weak, our internal system can no longer cope and begins to speak through anxiety.

Anxiety is often the language of our psyche trying to say:
“Stop. I’ve been trying to control everything for too long.”

When anxiety disorders increase, it is a sign not only of individual fatigue, but of the tension of the whole society.

And now an interesting question for you:
When was the last time you truly felt rested — without your phone, without racing thoughts, without the fear of missing something?
